As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and National Certified Counselor, Tara provides trauma-informed psychotherapy, including EMDR, and works with individuals and families navigating significant life challenges. Her professional interests extend into neuroscience and applied psychophysiology, including quantitative EEG (qEEG), neurofeedback, and biofeedback, integrating emerging areas of clinical knowledge with established therapeutic principles.

In addition to her clinical practice, Tara is committed to the education and professional development of emerging counselors. Through clinical supervision, mentorship, and consultation, she encourages ethical decision-making, critical thinking, and the development of confident, competent practitioners.

Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding—of ourselves, our experiences, and the relationships that shape our lives.
